Visiting our Office...

Because your time is important, we don't overbook our appointments.  We believe in focusing on you.  After all, it's YOUR time to talk about YOU.  If you are unable to keep an appointment, please contact us, you can leave a voicemail if it's after hours. 

One thing that is unique to our practice is our OB/GYN experienced Registered Nurses.  They will provide an open line of communication between you and your provider.  Through our R.N.s, you can call for medication refills, prescription changes, test results or to discuss medical concerns.  They will be glad to return your call promptly.

When you visit us, the first people you will see are our experienced receptionists. They have a big job to do before and after your appointment.  Not only do they take messages and pull charts for the doctors and nurses, they prepare your chart with insurance approval, set appointments and schedule tests and procedures.

Your privacy is our concern and we work hard to maintain it.  Please ask for a copy of our HIPPA privacy statement at your next visit.

Our Medical Assistants work hard to make your visit as comfortable as possible. These ladies will check your weight, blood pressure, and urine and assist the providers in the exam room.  They are also trained to administer injections.

Billing and Surgery scheduling is done by one of our highly efficient Patient Account Representatives. Donna is our Patient Financial Representative. If you have any surgical scheduling questions or billing concerns you may contact them by phone during business hours. Or direct your inquiries to Yvonne, our Assistant Manager..
